Jemma is a Senior Occupational Therapist at Mindful Beings Occupational Therapy, providing clinical supervision and professional support to ensure high-quality, consistent care across the team. In her role as Clinical Excellence Lead, Jemma brings strong attention to detail and clinical rigour, ensuring all reports reflect best practice and effectively advocate for each participant’s needs.

Jemma has advanced skills in Assistive Technology and Supported Independent Living (SIL) reporting, with a strong focus on clear, evidence-based documentation that supports meaningful outcomes and informed decision-making.

In her clinical work, Jemma brings a strengths-focused, family-centred approach, supporting individuals and families to navigate challenges and create opportunities for growth.
